Start the New Year with Our 2022 Calendar!

Celebrate the new year with Hindus for Human Rights' 2022 Calendar!

Inspired by traditional Hindu devotional calendars you may be familiar with, this 2022 calendar celebrates progressive interpretations of our traditions, challenging conventional depictions of Hindu deities and sacred narratives.

The calendar includes major Hindu holidays from a range of regions and traditions, as well as major historical events and anniversaries of social justice movements and leaders.

We hope this calendar can serve as a tool for spiritual reflection and political education.

We're offering this calendar to anyone who signs up as a monthly donor to Hindus for Human Rights, giving at least $5 per month. Or, you can make a one-time donation of $60 or more!

Make sure to write “calendar” as a comment when making your donation.

The physical calendar (on 8.5 x 11 inch paper) will be shipped to you by early January 2022.

We express our gratitude to the artists and galleries from around the world who generously offered their time and work to promote the vision of an inclusive Hindu identity and a socially just world: Ruthika Akkaraju, Nabi H. Ali, Karissa Chandrakate, Jatinder Singh Durhailay, Sangeetha Kowsik, Gayathry Lakshminarasimhan, Anastasia Pazilova, Anuj Shastrakar, Keshav Venkataraghavan, the Freer Gallery of Art and Arthur M. Sackler Gallery, Metropolitan Museum of Art, Los Angeles County Museum of Art, and the Cleveland Art Museum.
