The M.K. Gandhi Center at Fresno State invites you to an interactive conversation on Rajmohan Gandhi’s new biography of Rev. James M. Lawson Jr., one of the most influential strategists and teachers of nonviolent resistance in the U.S. civil rights movement.
The discussion will explore Lawson’s life, his commitment to confronting racism through creative nonviolent action, and the urgent lessons his work offers movements for justice today.
