As anti-migrant rhetoric gains political traction and racialised communities face rising attacks across Australia, Democracy in Colour is convening the inaugural Racial Justice Network Strategy Retreat in Naarm/Melbourne.

This movement-wide gathering will bring together impacted communities, civil society organisations, First Nations, multicultural, union, faith, climate, and rights groups to connect, share experiences, and develop shared strategies for anti-racism across Australia.

The retreat’s goal is to help lay the foundation for a sustained, nationwide Racial Justice Network that can convene, strategise, and coordinate campaigns and actions across the movement for justice.
