Cedar Lane Unitarian Universalist Congregation
9601 Cedar Lane, Bethesda, MD 20814

Join Hindus for Human Rights and Cedar Lane Unitarian Universalist Congregation for a joyful, interfaith celebration of the Festival of Lights.

Through music, dance, storytelling, food, local vendors, and activities for children, we’ll celebrate the many traditions that illuminate this season, including Diwali, Bandi Chhor Divas, Kali Puja, and Tihar.

Together, these observances offer different expressions of light, courage, liberation, renewal, family, and care for the world around us.

This year’s celebration will also raise funds for communities affected by devastating floods in Nepal and Tibet.

All are welcome. 🪔
